TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NEW YEAR SALE
- Applicable only to orders placed between Dec 27, 2022, and Jan 9, 2023
- Due to the high volume of orders and to ensure timely despatches, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once placed.
- Products cannot be exchanged or refunded (including CLEARANCE items) so please select your products and sizing carefully. Refer to our easy BELT SIZE CHART.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY DURING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR PERIODItems sent after22 December 2022will be delivered as quickly as possible, but they may not arrive until after Christmas. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends). This can be longer during periods of high demand.The Addison Road Team will be taking a short break from23 December 2022 to 9 January 2023. Customer inquiries will not be attended to during this period. However, we still limitedly process your orders during our break. Please note the following despatch and delivery dates during this period:
- Orders placed from 22/12/2022 - 27/12/2022 will be processed and shipped on 28 December 2022.
- Orders placed from 28/12/2022 - 3/1/2023 will be processed and shipped on 4 January 2023.
- Orders placed from 4/1/2023 onwards will be processed and shipped on 9 January 2023 when we come back to work.
We use Australia Post and once a parcel has left our warehouse we cannot make it move any faster. Australia Post estimates standard post delivery takes between 3-6 business days and Express is only guaranteed if you are within the Australia Post Express Network. Parcels for New Zealand should take into account up to 7 business days for delivery. Other countries should take up to 2 weeks or more.
